Frequently asked questions

Does the compare tool upload my text?

No text is submitted to a Toolkit Studio processing endpoint; the comparison is computed in this page. Google Analytics measures page usage separately and is described in the Privacy Policy.

Does it compare individual words?

The current comparison is line-based. Put separate words or phrases on separate lines when you need to compare them as units.
